About The Position

Gladwell Orthodontics is seeking a dynamic Orthodontist for its Raleigh location as the practice expands. The role is an associate position that may lead to partnership, with a large cash bonus paid based on office performance. The practice supports a loyal family of patients and seeks a clinician who provides holistic patient care with a kind chairside manner, a strong work ethic, and excellent expanded clinical skills. The position offers a four-day workweek and includes sign-on and retention bonuses, potential profit sharing, mentorship and continuing education programs, and a built-in referral network from local offices within the group.

The practice provides non-clinical management and business-growth support, including skilled staff, strategic marketing, supplies and equipment, insurance-rate negotiation, and a dedicated Regional Operations Director. The Orthodontist will provide patient care and collaborate professionally with staff in a positive, patient-focused environment.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills to build positive relationships with patients and parents.
• Dedication to providing consistent, quality dental care.
• Commitment to continued dental education.
• Desire to expand business knowledge.
• DDS or DMD from an accredited school.
• Graduation from an accredited orthodontics residency program.
