About The Position

Dr. Joseph LaPonzina Orthodontics is seeking an experienced, patient-focused Orthodontist to join its practice in Bel Air, Maryland, with a stated path to becoming an operating owner or partner in 2026. The Orthodontist will deliver comprehensive orthodontic care, including adolescent care and aligner treatments for adults. Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as an Orthodontist, stated as required because of the partnership timeline.
