About The Position

Gentle Dental is seeking a part-time Orthodontist to work at its established practices in Bend and/or Redmond, Oregon. The flexible schedule is 2–3 days per week, with the option to choose the location and schedule combination that works best. The role offers an established patient base, clinical teams, and organizational resources, allowing the Orthodontist to focus on patient care without managing all practice operations.

The Orthodontist will have clinical autonomy to make treatment decisions based on individual patient needs. Practice teams support scheduling, operations, and day-to-day details. New patients are distributed equitably, and patients remain with the Orthodontist for continuity of care. A $7,500 sign-on bonus is offered.

Requirements

• Orthodontic residency certificate.
• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Active Oregon dental license or ability to obtain one prior to employment.
• Current CPR certification.
• NPI.
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered orthodontic care.

Responsibilities
