About The Position

DECA Dental Group | Ideal Dental is seeking an Orthodontist committed to high-quality dentistry and excellent patient care. The position travels between offices in Wilson, Fayetteville, and Hope Mills, North Carolina, for three days per month. The practices provide general, orthodontic, surgical, cosmetic, and restorative services and are modern, fully digital, and equipped with state-of-the-art technology. The patient base is majority PPO and fee-for-service.

Orthodontists have 100% clinical autonomy and can focus on orthodontic care while office staff manage non-clinical practice operations. The role includes a dedicated specialty team, including orthodontic assistants and managers, and an internal referral base. Compensation includes a guaranteed minimum plus a case-start bonus. The posting states that full-time DECA Orthodontists average more than $300,000 per year. Ownership opportunities are available to interested candidates.

Requirements

• DDS or DMD from an accredited university.
• Completion of an orthodontist residency program.
• Active or pending state dental board license.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to travel to multiple offices with a personal orthodontic support team.
