About The Position

Castle Dental, a Smile Brands affiliated practice, is seeking a skilled, dedicated full-time Orthodontist to provide exceptional patient care and high-quality clinical outcomes. The role offers steady patient referrals and the opportunity to collaborate with a supportive dental team in the Cedar Hill, Texas market. The Orthodontist has full clinical autonomy over patients’ orthodontic needs and does not need to manage the day-to-day operations of the practice. The position includes a well-established referral network, a daily guarantee and competitive start bonus, and a fully funded continuing education program. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The position is described as full-time for 16 days per month across multiple locations, with flexible days. Requirements

Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctorate of Dental Medicine (DMD).
Orthodontic Specialty Certificate.
