About The Position
Great Expressions Dental Centers is seeking an energetic and motivated Orthodontics Dental Assistant to join its dental team and support patients’ oral health. This role travels between the Goshen, Middletown North, and Monroe offices. The position involves assisting the dental team with patient care, preparing treatment spaces, supporting dentists during procedures, educating patients, and helping manage appointments and records. Requirements
- 2–3 years of previous dental assisting experience.
- 1–3 years of previous orthodontics assisting experience.
- Must travel between offices.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, compassionate demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in dental software and technology.
Responsibilities
- Assist the dental team in providing patient care.
- Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain a clean, organized environment.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and post-treatment care.
- Support dentists during procedures by anticipating their needs and helping ensure a smooth workflow.
- Perform basic dental procedures under the guidance of a licensed dentist.
- Schedule appointments and maintain accurate patient records.
- Travel between the Goshen, Middletown North, and Monroe offices.
