About The Position

We are looking for an amazing Orthodontic Assistant or RDA with Ortho Experience to join our Dental Practice! This is a part-time position working Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and two Saturdays per month. The role offers a pay rate of $25.00-$30.00 per hour, with the potential for monthly bonuses and an employee referral incentive program. You will have the opportunity to work in a fun, rapidly growing pediatric dental office that has been serving the community since 2002 with a mission to treat children as their own. Requirements

MUST LOVE WORKING WITH CHILDREN.
OA/RDA License by Dental Board
An upbeat personality is a MUST.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Knowledge of Dentrix Ascend.
Familiarity with dental terminology, materials, medications, and instruments used during dental procedures.

Responsibilities

Clean, sterilize instruments and set up trays.
Maintain and test equipment (sterilizer, x-ray dosimetry, x-ray processor, etc.).
Pour models and conduct other lab procedures.
Perform charting activities and document exam findings in the patient records.
Maintain clean, orderly, and well-stocked operatory and laboratory.
Work in conjunction with Staff Dentists/Dental team to develop and implement preventive dental activities for the community.
