About The Position

The Organizational Development Manager is a key member of the Dean’s executive staff. Working side by side with the Vice Dean of Administration and Finance, and Chief Operating Officer, the Organizational Development Manager is a highly influential and visible role in this fast paced and highly complex environment. The incumbent is responsible for centrally coordinating the Vice Dean’s activities (operations and planning) and for ensuring the timely flow of information to and from the Dean’s Office. They work with the Vice Dean and other senior administrative leaders to develop the Vice Dean’s strategic agenda. They ensure that key projects have the resources needed to be successful. They initiate, lead and/or monitor projects to successful completion.

Responsibilities
