This position is primarily remote, with periodic travel required to support OSF‑hosted events—most frequently in Peoria and Henry. Travel expectations are event‑driven and planned in advance whenever possible. Work hours are flexible and will vary week to week based on event schedules and organizational needs. We anticipate some variability during weeks with on‑site events, balanced by flexibility during non‑event periods. This internship is open to a student that can commit to working and part time hours (20-30) during the school year based on their school schedule, with the potential of working 40 hours during the summer. The Organizational Development Intern will support the assigned department by performing various clerical and project-related tasks and various administrative functions.
