About The Position

Responsible for the design, implementation, and evaluation of programs to support the professional development and continuous learning of employees. This role involves developing training programs and instructional resources, assessing needs, creating content, overseeing delivery, facilitating leadership development, and evaluating program effectiveness. The Director will collaborate with department heads and the leadership team to align strategies, ensure compliance, and stay updated with industry trends.

Requirements

  • Degree in Organizational Development, Education, or Learning and Development, or related field.
  • 5+ years experience in training and development.
  • Experience in curriculum development and instructional design.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in organizational development.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to build partnerships and influence leaders at all levels and guide leadership development decisions throughout the business.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and evaluate programs for professional development and continuous learning.
  • Develop training programs and instructional resources.
  • Assess training and development needs through job shadowing, interviews, and consultation with managers.
  • Create training materials and instructional content.
  • Oversee the delivery of training programs, both in-person and online.
  • Facilitate leadership development courses for field and office, adapting delivery.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments.
  • Collaborate with department heads and leadership to align training and leadership development with organizational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant training standards and regulations.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and training technologies.
  • Monitor and report on training outcomes and employee progress.
