About The Position

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, human resources, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 6+ years of progressive organizational communications experience (8+ years for Senior level).
  • Proven track record implementing communication plans in mid-size to large organizations.
  • Demonstrated expertise in content creation and account management.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute comprehensive communication and marketing strategies that advance organizational objectives.
  • Advise senior leaders on messaging, strategy, design, and execution across multiple channels.
  • Lead cross-functional projects at both Bank and Federal Reserve System levels.
  • Create compelling content that informs and engages the diverse employee audience.
  • Write, edit, and manage communications that balance strategic intent with authentic connection.
  • Maintain editorial excellence across the intranet and multi-channel delivery platforms.
  • Partner directly with business leaders and stakeholders as their trusted communications advisor.
  • Coordinate communication flows among employees, stakeholders, and executives.
  • Facilitate feedback mechanisms including surveys and audience insights to continuously improve the approach.
  • Leverage communication technology to maximize reach and impact.
  • Analyze customer insights and market intelligence to refine positioning and messaging.
  • Manage vendor relationships and explore new communications solutions.
