About The Position

Tryfacta is seeking Organizational Change Management Readiness Leads for our client in Philadelphia, PA. This is a temporary contract assignment. The Organizational Change Management Readiness Lead (OCM Readiness Lead) will work with stakeholders to define, facilitate, track, and manage readiness activities. They will collaborate with the Change Management team to ensure stakeholders are prepared to adopt new technology and process capabilities. The role involves assessing readiness status, making key decisions for capability deployments, and working with individual department stakeholders to prepare for the implementation of a new system. This includes revising and identifying configuration elements, integrations, and reporting, as well as driving standardization and new process adoption. The OCM Readiness Lead will also ensure key impacted users are involved in departmental deployment activities such as process and systems setup confirmation, testing, training, communications, and conversion validation.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of the Full Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) from a change management perspective
  • Ability to keep data confidential
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skill sets
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to create user and project documentation and procedures, clearly and concisely
  • Strong meeting facilitation and interviewing skills
  • Meeting presentation skills
  • Solid task assignment, coaching, and oversight expertise
  • Ability to work well with individuals at all levels within and outside the organization
  • Experience creating communications content and delivering this content to impacted stakeholders

Nice To Haves

  • Organizational Change Management Education related to ERP Implementations
  • Workday Financials/Supply Chain Implementation experience or similar Software as a Service Solutions
  • Project Management Expertise with appropriate Project Management Institute Certifications
  • Large, Decentralized public sector industry-based experience
  • Local to the City of Philadelphia or local areas desired

Responsibilities

  • Work with stakeholders to define, facilitate, track, & manage readiness activities
