About The Position
Seeking experienced OCM Readiness Leads to support the City of Philadelphia's OPAL system implementation. The role will work with departments and stakeholders to ensure readiness, adoption, and smooth deployment of new business processes and technology.
Requirements
- Experience in Organizational Change Management / Change Readiness.
- ERP/SaaS implementation experience.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Understanding of SDLC and system implementation processes.
Nice To Haves
- Workday Financials/Supply Chain, ERP implementation, PMI/PM experience, and public-sector experience.
- Local Philadelphia-area candidates preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead stakeholder engagement and readiness activities.
- Conduct readiness assessments and track action items.
- Support testing, training, communications, and deployment activities.
- Drive adoption of new systems and standardized business processes.
- Coordinate with business and technical teams on reporting, integrations, and configuration.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, presentations, and stakeholder communications.
