About The Position

Lumen Solutions Group Inc. is seeking an Organizational Change Management (OCM) & Training Lead for a contract role based in Washington, DC, with the flexibility of remote work. This role will focus on OCM, training, and deployment support, including facilitating training sessions both onsite and virtually. The lead will also be responsible for ensuring user readiness by preparing training materials, managing access, and setting up environments. Additionally, the role involves providing mobile device support, analyzing management settings, and suggesting improvements for scaling current operations. Experience supporting system rollouts or go-lives, particularly in multi-site environments, and working with field operations teams in industrial settings is crucial. Familiarity with agile and reporting tools such as Figma, Confluence, Jira, and Tableau is required. Relevant certifications like SAFe, Prosci, or Kotter are also necessary.

Requirements

• Experience supporting system rollouts or go-lives (especially multi-site)
• Experience working with field operations teams (e.g., mechanical, transportation, industrial environments)
• Experience agile and reporting tools using Figma, Confluence, Jira, Tableau
• Certifications: SAFe, Prosci, Kotter

Nice To Haves

• Training experience with UKG Time & Attendance System and/or Maximo (Asset Management System)
