About The Position

Shure offers a challenging, fun, and rewarding summer internship program for undergraduate and graduate students. This twelve-week program includes various work arrangements, from onsite to fully remote within the US, with competitive salaries. Interns relocating to Illinois for onsite positions will receive a housing stipend. Applications are reviewed in late fall/early winter. The Organizational Change Management (OCM) Intern will contribute to building the change management function through various activities. This internship is hybrid and based in Niles, IL.

Requirements

• In-process of a Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in business, human resources, organizational change, organizational development, psychology or other related field
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Analytical approach to work
• Able to manage time independently
• Solution-orientation in thinking and in actions
• Proficiency in core Microsoft Office tools, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint (Outlook and Teams a plus)
• Applicants for this position must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Shure will not sponsor applicants for this position for work visas.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating on change management plans
• Conducting change impact analyses
• Communicating with impacted stakeholders and audiences
• Creating learning resources related to specific change initiatives
• Collaborating on development of OCM tools for use by our leaders
• Managing project plans for key initiatives
