About The Position

RedSky is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead/Training Lead to support the Department of Defense. This role ensures workforce adoption of tools, processes, and governance changes delivered by the Enterprise Knowledge Management (EKM) program. The OCM Lead will drive enterprise adoption of knowledge management, Microsoft 365, and data governance capabilities through structured change-management methods, training curriculum development and delivery, and measurable adoption outcomes. The position is based in Tampa, Florida, with multiple domestic and international locations listed. An active Secret clearance is required.

Requirements

• Active Secret clearance.
• Three (5)+ years of demonstrated use of a structured OCM framework, such as Prosci ADKAR, Kotter 8-Step, Bridges Transition Model, or equivalent.
• Three (5)+ years leading or supporting organizational change management initiatives in DoD or federal environments.
• Three (5)+ years of direct experience leading Microsoft 365 collaboration tools and their adoption challenges, such as Teams governance rollout, SharePoint migration change support, Copilot readiness, or Power Platform adoption campaigns.
• Three (5)+ years of experience designing and delivering training curricula to diverse audiences through instructor-led, virtual, self-paced, and blended formats.
• Ability to support distributed teams across time zones.
• Firm understanding of how SOF units consume information and make decisions.

Nice To Haves

• CompTIA Security+ certification.
• CCMP (Certified Change Management Professional).
• Experience delivering training to military and/or DoD audiences is preferred.
