Requirements
- Experience working with Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) systems
- Industry or functional experience in aircraft maintenance
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Experience with Impresa software
- Familiarity with change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter)
- Experience supporting defense or aerospace clients
- Background in facilitating training, workshops, or focus groups
