About The Position

Clearsulting is seeking an Order to Cash, Associate Consulting Manager to contribute across the end-to-end finance transformation for the Order to Cash lifecycle. This includes current-state assessment, requirements gathering, future-state process and solution design, configuration or development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support. The role involves analyzing current-state Order to Cash processes, data, controls, and technology to identify root causes, evaluate improvement opportunities, and develop clear, data-informed recommendations. Building trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, communicating progress and risks proactively, and resolving issues are key. The position also contributes to Clearsulting’s growth by sharing knowledge, developing reusable tools and methodologies, and supporting internal initiatives. Additionally, the Associate Consulting Manager will review the work of analysts and seniors, providing actionable feedback and practical approaches to strengthen individual and team capability.

Requirements

4+ years of management consulting at large consulting firm or in industry with a focus on O2C functionality and processes, including Customer Master Data, Credit, Billing/Invoicing, Revenue Recognition, Collections, Cash Application, Dispute Management, Sales Adjustments and Cash & Revenue Forecasting
Experience implementing O2C Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions
1+ years of people management experience

Nice To Haves

Order to Cash product certifications, including HighRadius, Blackline I2C, Sidetrade, Billtrust and/or Esker
Project management experience including workplan creation and updates, milestone tracking, risk management, status updates and change management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; clearly convey complex business concepts to executive audience free of grammatical errors, incorporating leading practices for business writing
Leadership skills and executive presence
