About The Position

Clearsulting is seeking an Associate Consulting Manager with a focus on Order to Cash (O2C) to contribute to end-to-end finance transformations. This role involves assessing current-state processes, gathering requirements, designing future-state solutions, and supporting implementation and post-implementation phases. The Associate Consulting Manager will analyze O2C processes, data, controls, and technology to identify root causes and recommend improvements. They will also build client relationships, communicate progress, resolve issues, and contribute to Clearsulting’s growth through knowledge sharing and developing internal tools. Additionally, this role includes reviewing the work of analysts and seniors, providing feedback, and sharing practical approaches to enhance team capabilities.

Requirements

4+ years of management consulting at large consulting firm or in industry with a focus on O2C functionality and processes, including Customer Master Data, Credit, Billing/Invoicing, Revenue Recognition, Collections, Cash Application, Dispute Management, Sales Adjustments and Cash & Revenue Forecasting
Experience implementing O2C Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions
1+ years of people management experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; clearly convey complex business concepts to executive audience free of grammatical errors, incorporating leading practices for business writing
Leadership skills and executive presence

Nice To Haves

Order to Cash product certifications, including HighRadius, Blackline I2C, Sidetrade, Billtrust and/or Esker
Project management experience including workplan creation and updates, milestone tracking, risk management, status updates and change management

Responsibilities

Contribute across the end-to-end finance transformation for the Order to Cash lifecycle, including current-state assessment, requirements gathering, future-state process and solution design, configuration or development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
Analyze current-state Order to Cash processes, data, controls, and technology to identify root causes, evaluate improvement opportunities, and develop clear, data-informed recommendations that balance business needs, risk, and implementation feasibility.
Build trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, communicate progress and risks proactively, resolve issues within your scope, and identify opportunities to create additional value for clients and Clearsulting.
Contribute to Clearsulting’s growth by sharing knowledge, developing reusable tools and methodologies and supporting internal initiatives.
Review the work of analysts and seniors, provide actionable feedback, and share practical approaches that strengthen individual and team capability.
