About The Position

The Order Selector accurately picks beverage products by matching product numbers and items using a voice audio headset. The role involves repeatedly hand-stacking cases weighing up to 50 pounds from floor to overhead, arranging products in a defined pattern on pallets, hand-wrapping completed orders, labeling them, and moving them to the loading dock with electronic pallet jack or walkie-rider equipment. The employee may also perform warehouse housekeeping and other assigned duties.

This is a full-time position in Orange, California, scheduled Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. or until the work is finished. Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed is required. The job involves active work for most of the shift, including lifting, pushing, and pulling cases, and working in hot or cool multi-temperature environments. Starting pay is $24.52 per hour.

Requirements

• Ability to stand, push, pull, bend, twist, kneel, and lift for the entire shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the entire shift, from floor to overhead.
• Ability to use a headset and voice-activated order-selector picking system.
• Ability to hand shrink-wrap pallets of completed orders.
• Ability to work in hot or cool multi-temperature environments.
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick products by matching product numbers and items using a voice audio headset.
• Repeatedly hand-stack product cases weighing up to 50 pounds from floor to overhead.
• Arrange beverage products in a defined stacking pattern on pallets.
• Hand shrink-wrap and label completed orders.
• Move completed orders to the loading dock using electronic pallet jack or walkie-rider equipment.
• Perform general warehouse housekeeping and other duties as assigned.
