About The Position

A distribution center in Tyler, Texas is hiring an Order Selector. The role involves selecting and preparing customer orders, building pallets for delivery, and supporting safe, efficient warehouse operations. The work is in a non-climate-controlled warehouse. The schedule is Monday through Friday, starting at 7 a.m. and continuing until the work is finished. Pay is $17.50 per hour, paid weekly.

Requirements

• Warehouse experience is required, preferably in a distribution setting.
• Order-building experience is required.
• Electric pallet jack experience is required.
• Must be able to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse.
• Must pass a nationwide background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders according to instructions.
• Ensure orders are assembled correctly and promptly.
• Build pallets for loading onto delivery trucks using an electric pallet jack.
• Follow warehouse safety protocols and ensure quality control.
• Manually lift and move products.
• Work with team members and supervisors to support efficient operations.
