About The Position

The Order Selector selects products throughout the warehouse using equipment that may include single or double electric pallet jacks, reach lifts, and forklifts. The role may also involve other duties assigned by site leadership. Work may use VoCollect, RF scan-guns, or manual tickets. The position is based in Hanover, Maryland, and the listed schedules are K1: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, 8 a.m. to finish; K2: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, 5 p.m. to finish; and K3: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday, 5 p.m. to finish.

Requirements

• 1–2 or more years of experience with a ride-on electric pallet jack.
• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic.
• Self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision.
• Able to make independent decisions as needed to accomplish tasks.
• Flexible work schedule to accommodate changing operational needs.
• Able to provide accurate data entry and handle administrative tasks as assigned.
• Able to sit or stand for periods in an office and warehouse environment, including concrete flooring and changing temperatures.
• Able to walk throughout the warehouse during a shift.
