About The Position

WP Beverages is seeking an Order Selector to build, stage, and load products efficiently. The role also includes general housekeeping, stocking and rotating products throughout warehouse locations, and organizing and staging shells and pallets. The schedule is Monday through Friday, starting at 10:00 a.m. and continuing until the end of the shift. Pay is $23.35 per hour. Weekend or holiday work may be required as needed. Applicants must be authorized to work permanently in the United States; the company does not sponsor employment visas.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• At least two years of experience in warehousing, distribution, or merchandising.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to read, write, and comprehend English at a level needed to perform the essential duties.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and decision-making skills, including the ability to work in a highly distracting environment.
• Ability to safely operate powered industrial equipment, including a fork-truck, and maintain annual fork-truck certification.
• Basic math skills.
• Intermediate personal computer skills.
• Ability to continually lift 60 pounds from floor to waist height and occasionally lift 75 pounds from floor to shoulder height.
• Ability to perform prolonged sitting, standing, twisting, and/or bending, and repetitive motions of the neck, wrist, fingers, and/or arms.
• Authorization to work in the United States on a permanent basis; employment visa sponsorship is not available.
