About The Position

The Order Puller prepares and packs customer orders accurately and on time while meeting productivity and accuracy standards. This is a full-time, onsite role at S&S Activewear in Olathe, Kansas, scheduled Monday through Friday from 12:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Compensation is $20.09 per hour. The position is non-exempt. The role involves preparing goods for shipment, reporting and recording discrepancies or damaged, short, broken, or unidentified packages, operating warehouse machinery, contributing to a safe work environment, performing inventory counts, and reconciling discrepancies. The employee may also train in Will Call and other customer service duties. Responsibilities

Prepare customer orders accurately and on time to meet daily production goals.
Meet key performance indicators for safety, quality, production, efficiency, and service.
Prepare and pack goods for shipment.
Report and record discrepancies, damaged items, shortages, and broken or unidentified packages to the supervisor.
Operate machinery, including a pallet jack and stock chaser.
Contribute to a culture focused on employee safety and maintaining a safe work environment.
Perform inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
Train in Will Call and other customer service duties.
