Seasonal Full-Time Warehouse Shipping Associate (MON-FRI)
About The Position
The Seasonal Order Puller is responsible for pulling and packing customer orders accurately and on time while meeting productivity and accuracy standards. This is an onsite, seasonal full-time, non-exempt position at the distribution center at 15400 South Green Road, Olathe, Kansas. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 12:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., at $20.09 per hour. Seasonal employment is defined as 90 days from the date of hire, though the period may be shortened or extended at management’s discretion based on business needs. A future full-time position may become available, but is not guaranteed. The work takes place entirely in a warehouse, where temperatures may range from warm to cool and machinery and equipment create a moderate noise level. Warehouse machinery and equipment are used, and required protective equipment may include safety-toe shoes, bump caps, and a safety vest. The company provides PPE and may provide a $100 stipend toward safety-toe shoes after 90 days if those shoes are required for the specific role. Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to read and speak English.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment and machinery.
- Comfort using electronic devices.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Basic math skills, including counting, adding, and subtracting quickly and accurately.
- Ability to identify colors, sizes, quantities, labels, and SKU information.
- Flexibility to accommodate changes in start and departure times.
- Ability to work overtime when needed.
- Ability to work independently without close supervision.
- Ability to wear required protective equipment, if required for the role.

Responsibilities
- Prepare customer orders accurately and on time to meet daily production goals.
- Meet key performance indicators for safety, quality, production, efficiency, and service.
- Prepare and pack goods for shipment.
- Report and record discrepancies, damaged items, shortages, and broken or unidentified packages to a supervisor.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including pallet jacks and stock chasers.
- Contribute to a culture focused on employee safety and maintaining a safe work environment.
- Perform inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Train in Will Call and perform other customer service duties as required.
- Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the distribution center.
- Assist with other warehouse or branch duties as needed.
- Cross-train and perform additional duties as assigned.
