About The Position

We are looking for an extremely motivated and dependable applicant who can work well with others to join our growing business. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 7 to 8 hours per day. The business hours range from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. This role requires individuals to be 18 years of age or older, possess a good attitude, and be safety-oriented, self-motivated, detail-oriented, dependable, and have strong work ethic and organization skills. The ability to communicate effectively, work under pressure with accuracy, and learn new processes is essential. Experience is appreciated, but training will be provided to the right candidate. Requirements

  • Enjoy speaking to people on the phone professionally
  • Safety Oriented, Self-Motivated, Detail Oriented, Dependable, Strong Work Ethic, and Organization skills
  • Enjoys sitting in chair 75% of shift
  • Be able to communicate effectively with management routinely as needed
  • Possess the ability to work under pressure while maintaining composure and accuracy
  • Ability to comprehend and learn new processes
  • Be able to read, write, and recommend changes to processes to enhance operations as needed
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to be flexible with working hours as necessary
  • Must have a good attitude!
  • 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

  • Process a high volume of website orders
  • Answer a high volume of phone calls and transfer calls
  • Email customers information about their orders
  • Monitor email box and forward emails
  • Walk lay away orders to warehouse and log
  • Open return packages and lay out parts
  • Ready shipment paper work and walk to warehouse
  • Cashier shipments
  • Check mailbox
  • Stock paper
