About The Position

This role is responsible for various warehouse operations including order fulfillment, inventory management, and material handling. The position requires the ability to operate different types of material handling equipment and to follow safety procedures. Key tasks include pulling and putting up product using an RF system, loading and unloading trucks, replenishing raw materials, maintaining a clean warehouse environment, and assisting with inventory counts and other assigned duties.

Requirements

• Ability to operate various types of material handling equipment (Sit down (propane) forklift, Stand Up reach trucks, Man Up cherry pickers, and Floor sweeper).
• Proficiency in using an RF system for pulling and putting up product.
• Ability to load and unload trucks.
• Knowledge of raw material replenishment processes.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized warehouse.
• Adherence to HSE initiatives, policies, and procedures.
• Willingness to assist with shipping carriers (UPS/FedEx) and production needs.
• Ability to participate in inventory counts.
• Understanding of equipment battery care and maintenance.
• Capability to handle bin consolidation and scrap disposition.
• Willingness to make deliveries as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate various types of material handling equipment including sit-down forklifts, stand-up reach trucks, man-up cherry pickers, and floor sweepers.
• Pull product for customer orders using an RF system.
• Put up product from the Production area using an RF System.
• Load all styles of trucks with product for Customer Orders.
• Assist drivers in covering (tarping) of loads.
• Unload incoming product and material from vendors.
• Replenish raw materials for plant areas (e.g., pallets, colorant, resins, packaging).
• Keep all warehouse areas, inside and out, clean and organized.
• Support NOV HSE initiatives by following all policies and procedures.
• Assist at UPS or Fed Ex stations when required.
• Assist in pulling blanks for CNC area production when required.
• Assist in inventory counts, including annual Physical Counts.
• Aid in all equipment battery care and maintenance.
• Perform bin consolidation or disposition of scrap and obsolete product as required.
• Deliver office and plant packages as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Lead or Dept Mgr.
