Order Processing Specialist

About The Position

This role is responsible for various aspects of order processing, including patient intake, documentation review, and communication with patients, physicians, and facilities. The specialist will create sales orders, handle doctor line calls, and process general respiratory and DME orders. Attendance at weekly team meetings is also required, along with performing other assigned duties.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Microsoft office experience

Responsibilities

• Patient intake and documentation review
• Patient/Physician/Facility communication and instruction adhering to our 24/72/24-hour promise
• Clean sales order creation and dispensing
• Doctor line calls
• General respiratory order processing duties
• General DME order processing duties
• Attendance at weekly team meetings
• All other duties, as assigned.
