Order Processing Specialist

About The Position

This role is responsible for various order processing duties, including patient intake, documentation review, and communication with patients, physicians, and facilities. The specialist will create and dispense sales orders, handle doctor line calls, and perform general respiratory and DME order processing. Attendance at weekly team meetings is also required, along with any other assigned duties.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Microsoft office experience

Responsibilities

• Patient intake and documentation review
• Patient/Physician/Facility communication and instruction adhering to our 24/72/24-hour promise
• Clean sales order creation and dispensing
• Doctor line calls
• General respiratory order processing duties
• General DME order processing duties
• Attendance at weekly team meetings
• All other duties, as assigned.
