About The Position

Taylor Corporation is seeking an Order Picker to join its team in Grove City, Ohio. The role is responsible for accurately picking customer orders, completing quality checks, verifying stock availability, restocking shelves, repackaging orders, maintaining a safe and clean work environment, and keeping related records. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

The position is scheduled for first shift, Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Overtime may be required, with possible nights and weekends. The role involves operating machinery and handling printed products, moving around the facility, and regularly lifting, pushing, pulling, or carrying more than 25 pounds.

Requirements

• Be able to use a ring scanner.
• Read and count accurately and perform simple math.
• Be detail-oriented.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Work in a fast-paced, changing environment while maintaining and enhancing department goals.

• Frequently move within the facility.
