About The Position

Taylor Corporation is seeking an Order Picker to join its team in Grove City, Ohio. The role is responsible for accurately picking customer orders, performing quality checks, verifying stock availability, stocking shelves, repackaging orders, maintaining a safe and clean work environment, and keeping related records. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship. The position is scheduled for first shift, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Overtime may be required, with possible night and weekend work. The role involves operating machinery and handling printed materials, moving throughout the facility, and regularly lifting, pushing, pulling, or carrying more than 25 pounds. Benefits begin on the first day, and a $1,000 new-hire incentive is offered.

Requirements

Must be able to use a ring scanner.
Must be able to read and count accurately and perform simple math.
Detail oriented.
Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment while maintaining and enhancing department goals.
Effectively communicate and work in a team environment.
Self-motivated and able to multitask.
Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand.
Regularly remain in a stationary position.
Constantly operate machinery and handle products, including printed materials.
Frequently move inside the facility.
Regularly move more than 25 pounds by lifting, pushing, pulling, and/or carrying.
