About The Position

Metro Staffing Solutions is seeking experienced Crown Reach Truck and/or Cherry Picker (Order Picker) operators to join a warehouse team in Grapevine, Texas. The role involves operating warehouse equipment, fulfilling and staging orders, handling inventory, and maintaining safety, accuracy, and organization. The position is on the second shift, from 3:00 PM until finished, and requires willingness to work overtime when needed. The warehouse is fast-paced and non-climate-controlled.

Requirements

At least 1 year of warehouse experience.
Previous Crown Reach Truck experience is required; sit-down forklift experience alone does not qualify.
Ability to accurately read pick tickets and warehouse documents.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Excellent attendance and reliability.
Ability to consistently lift up to 90 lbs.
Ability to stand, bend, twist, and lift throughout an 8–12 hour shift.
Steel-toed boots are required on the first day.
Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.

Nice To Haves

Experience operating a Cherry Picker/Order Picker.

Responsibilities

Operate a Crown Reach Truck and/or Cherry Picker (Order Picker) safely and efficiently.
Pick, pack, and stage customer orders accurately.
Load and unload inventory as needed.
Read and follow pick tickets and RF scanners.
Maintain inventory accuracy and product quality.
Assist with stocking, replenishment, and warehouse organization.
Follow safety procedures and company policies.
Maintain a clean and organized work area using 5S practices.
Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Work overtime when needed.
