About The Position

GoBolt is hiring motivated Material Handling Equipment (MHE) Operators in Houston, Texas, to support its customer-focused mission. Operators use order picker/cherry picker equipment to move and stock materials and handle warehouse inventory, including receiving, storage, staging, sorting, palletizing, crating, picking, packing, scanning, and trailer loading and unloading. The role requires maintaining GoBolt property and following safety, quality, security, fulfillment production, and general company standards. Candidates must present a current MHE license from a certified training center at interview and be prepared for on-site testing; safety shoes are required.

The position is located at 15655 Milner Road, Houston, TX 77032. The schedule is 6 a.m.–4 p.m. Sunday–Wednesday or 6 a.m.–4 p.m. Wednesday–Saturday. The listed rate is $17.50 per hour. Requirements

• Hold a valid, current cherry picker/order picker license from a certified MHE training center; candidates must present it at interview.
• Have at least 1 year of order picker/cherry picker operating experience.
• Be fluent in spoken and written English, including reading and writing.
• Have basic computer skills.
• Be able to lift more than 50 pounds continuously.
• Be able to work effectively both as part of a team and independently.
• Be able to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts.
• Be able to adhere to safety, quality, security, fulfillment production standards, and general company policies.
• Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Be authorized to work full time for any employer in the United States.
• Be prepared to complete on-site testing; safety shoes are required.

Responsibilities

• Operate a cherry picker/order picker for assigned tasks.
• Use material handling equipment to move and stock materials.
• Receive and store inventory delivered to the warehouse.
• Stage and sort items, and palletize and crate materials.
• Move, pick, pack, and scan items safely.
• Load and unload trailers.
• Maintain the integrity of GoBolt property, including tools, materials, and machinery.
• Use tools and equipment such as scanners, carts, hand trucks, and dollies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
