About The Position

SHR Corp USA is seeking experienced, safety-focused Order Picker / Cherry Picker / Man Lift Operators to join its fast-paced warehouse team. The role involves safely operating elevated lift equipment to pull orders, restock inventory, and transport materials throughout the distribution center. Candidates should be comfortable working at elevated heights and in a high-volume environment. A 40-hour weekly minimum is required, with flexibility to work weekend shifts, overtime, and double time as operational volume requires. Large-scale availability for overtime and weekends is currently noted.

Requirements

• Proven experience operating an order picker, cherry picker, man lift, or similar elevated forklift equipment.
• Ability to meet a 40-hour weekly minimum.
• Flexibility to work weekend shifts, overtime, and double time as required by operational volume.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when fulfilling orders.
• Comfort working at heights.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. independently.
