About The Position

We are seeking an Order Operations Coordinator responsible for supporting the administration and follow-up of service orders while ensuring accuracy throughout processes and delivering a positive customer experience. This position requires strong analytical skills, organization, attention to detail, and excellent bilingual communication skills.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in administrative roles, service coordination, or order management.
  • Experience monitoring and tracking real-time operational processes.
  • Experience using analytical tools and administrative systems.
  • Advanced bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • High school diploma required.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of SAP AS400 preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and follow up on service orders, ensuring timely completion and accuracy.
  • Maintain updated information and documentation related to service orders.
  • Provide excellent customer service in both English and Spanish.
  • Monitor real-time processes to ensure operational compliance and efficiency.
  • Interpret and apply technical documentation for order analysis and management.
  • Meet company-established metrics.
  • Utilize analytical tools and internal systems for data and process management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to support operational efficiency.
