General Fasteners Company is looking to hire a full-time Order Management Coordinator. The role involves supporting account managers and customer accounts, coordinating orders, material shipments, and ASN's, and managing the entire order process from entry to shipment. The coordinator will also work with customers and internal teams to communicate supply constraints, respond to shipping documentation requests, analyze demand changes, and assist in resolving customer concerns. Additional responsibilities may include processing quotations, contract/P.O. review, customer setup, managing pricing, handling drawing/specification changes, supporting inventory reduction, maintaining reports, and supporting branch VMI serial files.
