The Order Management Coordinator will report to the Spares Value Stream Director and will have an onsite work schedule in Creedmoor, NC. This position requires access to U.S. export-controlled information and requires a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22. C.F.R. §120.15.

Requirements

  • HS diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of manufacturing experience
  • Proficiency with computers and office software (CRM and Microsoft suite)
  • Must be a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22. C.F.R. §120.15

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain positive stakeholder relationships
  • Respond effectively to all correspondence and status requests
  • Attend regular meetings as required to support tasks.
  • Ensure customer delivery promises and contracts are adhered to
  • Create new customer accounts, vet, and complete credit control queries
  • Arranging source inspection bookings
  • Manage and maintain the Customer Portal management
  • Aid CAM in scheduling backlog to commits from Operations and Supply Chain teams
  • Booking in of new repairs, sales order loading and work order creation
  • Work with customers to receive pro-forma payments where required
  • Update AM Production sheet with actions and forecasted completion dates
