Requirements

  • Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of customer service experience in Healthcare in a private, public, government or military environment.
  • Basic ability to prioritize and problem solve complex cases.
  • Highly disciplined, self-motivated work ethic to work in a hybrid remote work environment.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

  • Willingness to work rotating Holidays and Weekend coverage.

Responsibilities

  • Working incoming new orders and backlogged orders to qualify our product for insurance billing.
  • Work closely with our internal sales team, CSR team, external customers, and patients.
  • Provide excellent, professional customer service to all internal and external customers.
  • Work independently as well as team environment.
  • Adapt to rapidly changing patient needs for life-saving therapy; thrive on having multiple competing priorities.
  • Balance multiple competing priorities from demanding customers in an ever-changing environment.
  • Build support and maintain patient, physician, and third-party payer loyalty and to increase the number of orders through enhanced customer service, customer relationship management, and technology utilization.
  • Research and interpret whether a patient qualifies for services-based payer requirements and clinical factors.
  • Communicate patients’ financial responsibility when necessary.
  • Follow and enforce all Company policies and procedures.
  • Responsibilities of this position include that corporate policies, procedures and security standards are complied with while performing assigned duties.
