About The Position

The Order Management Specialist/Analyst will be responsible for ensuring orders are successfully received and submitted in NERP via EDI, SPACE, or manual methods, adhering to Samsung Electronics' policies and agreements. This role involves managing a portfolio of over 50 accounts, handling purchase order revisions, tracking delivery dates, verifying and adjusting PO prices, and processing sales returns in alignment with company policies. The specialist will also update and maintain customer and order data, ensuring data integrity and accuracy, and review/validate price adjustment chargeback claims with finance and Sales. Additionally, the role serves as a point of contact to identify and resolve order-related discrepancies or issues, address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, and collaborate closely with sales, supply chain, logistics, and customer service teams for efficient order fulfillment. The position also requires generating reports on open orders, price discrepancies, shipped orders, and aged orders, and assisting the team on various projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related business field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in order management or a related field.
  • Proficiency in SAP and EDI for order processing.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Ability to multitask efficiently and work under pressure.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
  • Knowledge of builder systems, such as Supply Pro and KOVA

Responsibilities

  • Ensure orders are successfully received and submitted in NERP via EDI, SPACE, or manual methods, adhering to Samsung Electronics' policies and agreements.
  • Manage 50+ accounts portfolio, handle purchase order revisions, track delivery dates, verify and adjust PO prices, and process sales returns in alignment with company policies.
  • Update, and maintain customer and order data, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Review and validation price adjustment chargeback claims with finance and Sales.
  • Point of contact to help Identify and resolve discrepancies or issues related to orders, including addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Work closely with sales, supply chain, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment.
  • Generate reports on open orders, price discrepancies, shipped orders, and aged orders.
  • Assist the team on various projects as needed.
