Requirements

2+ years of recent experience in order management, customer service, administrative support, product support, or a related field.
Experience working within a manufacturing environment.
Experience using ERP systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Manage customer inquiries related to orders, product quality concerns, returns, and service requests.
Track customer cases from initiation through final resolution.
Coordinate product returns, exchanges, and credit requests.
Enter, update, and maintain accurate information within ERP and internal systems.
Review and process documentation related to customer requests and order activity.
Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality Assurance teams to resolve customer concerns.
Monitor open cases and ensure timely communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
Generate reports, maintain records, and provide administrative support as needed.
Ensure all orders, documentation, and customer records are complete, accurate, and up to date.
