About The Position

As a member of the customer-facing team, the Order Management Specialist provides premier customer service to their assigned accounts. You will be responsible for the proactive management of orders from receipt through delivery, partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure best-in-class results.

Requirements

  • CPG/Retail Experience preferred.
  • Experience with a Tier 1 ERP system (SAP) is required.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders from receipt to delivery in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Communicate service issues to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage order execution using SAP and other required customer or third-party systems.
  • Partner with Supply Chain to resolve issues and proactively mitigate non-compliance charges.
  • Administer the quote process for assigned accounts.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders (Credit, Sales, Planning, Logistics) to resolve and prevent issues.
  • Participate in retail engagement initiatives to drive customer service level improvements.
