About The Position

As an Order Management Specialist III, you will play a critical role in ensuring customer contracts and orders are accurately reviewed, validated, and translated into business systems. You will partner with Finance, Legal, Sales, and other internal stakeholders to maintain strong financial controls, support operational excellence, and ensure seamless order fulfillment. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys solving complex business challenges, improving processes, and driving accuracy throughout the order lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 2-year or 4-year degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field with 1–3 years of relevant business experience.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work across all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with Oracle Financials, NetSuite, or similar ERP and financial systems.
  • Previous experience in order management, contract administration, sales operations, or revenue operations.
  • Knowledge of financial controls, contract review processes, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience identifying process improvement opportunities and implementing operational efficiencies.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into repeatable operational processes.

Responsibilities

  • Perform Finance and Legal audits of customer contracts to ensure compliance with financial controls and legal standards.
  • Review quoting and contract documentation for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to departmental guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and customers to gather fulfillment requirements and ensure accurate order processing.
  • Translate customer agreements and orders into financial and operational systems while maintaining data integrity.
  • Coordinate order handoffs to fulfillment and other business stakeholders to support successful execution.
  • Identify process gaps and partner with business teams to develop scalable, repeatable solutions that leverage system capabilities.
  • Provide recommendations to improve efficiency, accuracy, and controllership throughout the order management process.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of process documentation and standard operating procedures.
