The primary responsibilities of this job profile include Providing order management services to clients. Helping clients with order quoting, order processing, order fulfilment, order review, order entry, order dispatch & support, order payment, etc. Ensuring timely release of orders and a fulfilment of pre-established standards and policies to achieve customer satisfaction.
