This role is responsible for ensuring that customer orders and production schedules are aligned to meet contractual delivery dates and optimize customer happiness. The analyst will manage backlog priorities and order execution, track regional backlog aging, and identify critical issues. They will serve as the first point of contact post-sales order, manage customer change requests, and provide phone and email support. The role involves advising customers on shipping/schedule changes, providing expediting and shipping schedule support, and developing professional customer relationships. The analyst will also liaise on order issues, clear credit blocks with Risk Analysts, and manage production schedules.
