About The Position

This role is based in our Stafford, TX location and is responsible for ensuring that customer orders and production schedules are aligned to meet contractual delivery dates and optimize customer happiness. The analyst will manage backlog priorities and order execution, track regional backlog aging, identify and review critical issues, serve as the first contact post-sales order, manage customer change requests, and provide phone and email support related to customer happiness. Additionally, the role involves advising customers on shipping/schedule changes, providing expediting and shipping schedule support, ensuring timely response to inquiries, developing professional customer relationships, communicating critical issues, ensuring delivery commitments are met, liaising on order issues, clearing credit blocks with Risk Analyst, and managing production schedules.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree or five years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Strong computer proficiency, solid math skills, and a high level of accuracy working with detailed information; excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines
  • Strong Analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel

Responsibilities

  • Managing backlog priorities and order execution; measure site performance of initial order commit dates and accurate discrepancies.
  • Tracking regional backlog aging, identify and review critical issues focusing on solutions and customer communication.
  • Serve as first contact post-sales order; manage customer change requests; provide phone and email support related to customer happiness.
  • Advise customers on shipping/schedule changes; provide expediting and shipping schedule support; ensure timely response to inquiries
  • Develop professional customer relationships; communicate critical issues and ensure delivery commitments are met.
  • Liaise on order issues, clear credit blocks with Risk Analyst, and manage production schedules.
