Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Entry-level candidates with strong aptitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
  • 1-3+ years of experience in customer service, operations, manufacturing, or transferable fields preferred.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with professionalism in customer and cross-functional interactions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Positive, proactive mindset with interest in continuous improvement and process innovation.
  • Ability to perform standard office tasks, including prolonged computer use and movement within a workspace.
  • Sound judgment, professionalism, and ability to build strong working relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Interest in supply chain, operations, or project coordination, with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or related field preferred.
  • Equivalent experience considered.
  • ERP, CRM or similar systems experience preferred but not required.
  • Experience in regulated or detail-oriented industries (e.g., manufacturing, healthcare, aerospace, defense) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support mission-critical programs by ensuring timely and accurate order processing and delivery in a fast-paced, high-reliability environment.
  • Gain exposure to regulated industry standards (e.g., quality, compliance, and traceability requirements common in Defense and Aerospace).
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Engineering and Product Management teams to understand and contribute to the full product lifecycle.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop expertise in ERP and CRM systems, planning, and supply chain coordination with opportunities for career growth and advancement.
