About The Position

The Order Management Analyst will monitor, analyze, and determine purchase outcomes on all customer orders to ensure accuracy and compliance. This position will work with Operations and Business Analytics teams to provide variance analysis and allocation information. Additionally, management reports will be requested on an ad-hoc basis. The role involves analyzing customer data from direct orders, indirect orders, Amneal inventory, and customer inventory (DOH) to make fulfillment decisions that ensure proper contract terms are applied, impacting the financial relationship between the customer and the company. The analyst will also research and resolve sales-affecting issues promptly, monitor product releases for new launches, and make decisions to fulfill customer backorders to minimize penalties. This role requires preparing and distributing standard and customized internal reports, collaborating with Business Analytics and Customer Relations teams to evaluate processes for efficiency, and understanding order management policies, procedures, and metrics.

Requirements

  • 3 years or more in Analytical, Finance, or Economics roles.
  • Exceptional knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.

  • Bachelors Degree (BA/BS) in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business.
