About The Position

The Order Fulfillment Associate supports the preparation and execution of e-commerce programs. This role is responsible for accurately processing, packing, and shipping orders in alignment with program timelines and deadlines. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable multitasking, takes ownership of their work, and brings a positive, flexible, and confident approach to the team.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Familiarity with shipping platforms such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Flexible availability to meet business and program needs.

Nice To Haves

• Ecommerce fulfillment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess daily workload, prioritize shipments, and manage multiple programs simultaneously.
• Maintain organization while handling multiple orders and shipments with accuracy.
• Build and maintain effective virtual communication with team members.
• Accurately input and manage data, with strong proficiency in Excel and attention to detail.
• Follow program timelines and checklists to ensure all tasks are completed on schedule and to quality standards.
• Assist with inventory management.
• Navigate multiple online platforms and systems efficiently.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
