About The Position

Keep Parts Moving. Keep Customers Running. As an Order Fulfillment Associate, you’ll play a key role in keeping operations moving and customers working. This role is in a hands-on, fast-paced environment where you stay active throughout your shift and work across the warehouse. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs (50 lbs unassisted)
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
• Good communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders across the warehouse
• Receive incoming shipments and stock inventory
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment
• Use RF scanners and warehouse systems (WMS) to track inventory
• Assemble hydraulic hoses and support parts preparation
• Assist customers with pickups when needed
• Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
