About The Position
The Order Fulfillment Associate is responsible for accurately picking, preparing, and packaging customer orders for shipment in a manufacturing environment. Associates receive printed or electronic picking tickets and retrieve products according to order specifications before packaging them for shipment.
Requirements
- Ability to read and follow picking tickets accurately
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

- Warehouse, manufacturing, or order fulfillment experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Receive and review picking tickets for customer orders
- Locate, pick, and gather products per order requirements
- Verify item accuracy, quantities, and condition before packaging
- Package picked items according to shipping and quality standards
- Label and prepare completed orders for shipment
- Maintain correct inventory counts on stocking items
- Deliver packaged orders to the appropriate shipping or staging area
- Maintain organization and accuracy throughout the fulfillment process
- Communicate inventory shortages, order discrepancies, or damaged items to supervisors
- Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures
